Each week continues with a style that you can become accustomed to and an intensity that you cannot. Continually increasing in difficulty, these workouts allow your body to blitz forward in progression. Always aim to increase the resistance (safely) on those familiar exercises; and if you feel you can start the next set before the rest time is up, by all means feel free to do so.
Be sure to review exercise instructions, they come in very handy when attempting new exercises. They’re also very important in injury prevention. No one needs and injury during a fitness plan.
